Do you provide backups, or just advice?
Both. We can provide backup and disaster recovery services, or review and improve what you already have.
Does Microsoft 365 need backing up?
Microsoft keeps the service running, but its built-in retention is not designed to be a complete backup of your data. We can talk you through the options for your business.
How do we know our backups will work?
By testing them. We carry out recovery testing and document the steps, so you know what can be restored and how long it takes.
Do you support customers outside Lancashire?
Yes. AIM supports small and medium-sized businesses throughout the UK remotely, with on-site help available where appropriate.
